Armando has worked directly with clients to streamline HR and benefits administration, manage complex system migrations, build organized workflows, and solve the kind of back-end problems that slow businesses down.
His background spans benefits administration, retirement plan operations, CRM and HRIS management, process documentation, and client consulting. He brings that same depth of experience to every Flamingo engagement, whether a client needs light ongoing support or a full operational overhaul.
Armando is also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows Flamingo Admin Group to support businesses and their employees in both languages.
